Rosie’s Walk

Read Rosie’s Walk by Pat Hutchins. Read it indoors first. If you can, go outside to read it again. Read the book several more times throughout the month, and try these activities:

• Each time you read, act out the spatial vocabulary in the story together.
• Be playful! When you read “around the pond,” walk around a rug or table and say, “Look out, don’t fall into the pond like the fox!”
