Map the County Fair

10-15 min

VocabularyVocab:

MAP, LANDMARKS

A young boy sits on the floor and points to a printed out picture of a fair landmark with other landmark pictures around him.

Print and cut out the county fair landmarks. Then make your own map of the county fair! Here are some fun ways to add to your map:

  • Use ribbon, string, or masking tape to make an outline for your map.
  • Use construction paper to create additional landmarks or roads.

Talk about where the landmarks are, and which ones are next to each other.

Play on your county fair map with toy cars or figurines!

Note: Learning left and right takes repetition and practice, usually over several years! Take your time and have fun together!
